Instructions: How to Cook Zankou Chicken Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Place the chicken pieces in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
