Instructions: How to Cook Whole Fish Tilapia
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Make 3-4 diagonal cuts on each side of the tilapia, about 1 inch apart, to help the fish cook evenly.
- Season the inside and outside of the fish with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Place a few slices of lemon inside the cavity of each fish.
