Instructions: How to Cook White Karahi Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, cream, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, white pepper, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until they turn translucent.
  3. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
