Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
