- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions: How to Cook Voila Garlic Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Season the chicken breasts with the garlic herb mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth and white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add butter on top of each chicken breast.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
