Versailles Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions: How to Cook Versailles Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
