  • 4 alfresco chicken sausages
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, onion, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
  3. Place the chicken sausages and the vegetable mixture on the grill. Cook the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  4. Cook the vegetables for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the sausages and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the alfresco chicken sausages with the grilled vegetables on a platter or in a bun. Enjoy!
