  • 2 cups tri color rotini pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tri color rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
