  • 4 Trader Joe's chicken sausages
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until they become translucent.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes, or until they become slightly tender.
