  • 1 tomahawk steak (2-3 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 sprig of thyme

Instructions: How to Cook Tomahawk Steak

  1. Remove the tomahawk steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450-500°F (230-260°C).
  3. Brush the steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the steak on the grill and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side to get a nice crust.
  5. Lower the heat to medium and continue cooking the steak, flipping occasionally, until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
