Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, cornstarch, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well to make the marinade.
