Texas Roadhouse Sierra Chicken Pasta Recipe

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces of fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until they are golden brown.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  7. Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour the heavy cream into the skillet with the mushrooms and garlic. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips.
  9. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
