Tawa Chicken Recipe
Buffalo chicken flatbread is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of spicy buffalo chicken with the crispness of a flatbread. This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or for serving as an appetizer at a party. The prep time for this recipe is 10 minutes and the cook time is 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 flatbreads
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until they are no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks or your hands.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and melted butter. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread the ranch dressing evenly over each one.
- Divide the buffalo chicken mixture between the two flatbreads, spreading it out in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled blue cheese over the top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the sliced green onions over the top.
- Cut the flatbreads into slices and serve hot.
