Tawa Chicken Recipe

Buffalo chicken flatbread is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of spicy buffalo chicken with the crispness of a flatbread. This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or for serving as an appetizer at a party. The prep time for this recipe is 10 minutes and the cook time is 15 minutes.


  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 flatbreads


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until they are no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let them cool for a few minutes.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks or your hands.
  4. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and melted butter. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  5. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread the ranch dressing evenly over each one.
  6. Divide the buffalo chicken mixture between the two flatbreads, spreading it out in an even layer.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled blue cheese over the top of the chicken.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the sliced green onions over the top.
  10. Cut the flatbreads into slices and serve hot.
