Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken Recipe Air Fryer

- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch (or cornstarch)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, sugar, five-spice powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
