  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
