Steak Sliders Recipe

- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions: How to Cook Steak Sliders
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steak and rub the seasonings in to coat evenly.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to make the sauce.
- Toast the slider buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with sliced steak and arugula, then cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve the steak sliders hot and enjoy!
