Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions: How to Cook Steak Sliders

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the steak and rub the seasonings in to coat evenly.
  4. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to make the sauce.
  7. Toast the slider buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  8. Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
  9. Top with sliced steak and arugula, then cover with the top half of the bun.
  10. Serve the steak sliders hot and enjoy!
