Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions: How to Cook Steak Rice

  1. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
