Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions: How to Cook Steak Crock Pot

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Place the seasoned steak on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and dried thyme. Pour the mixture over the steak.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the steak is tender.
  6. If desired, you can thicken the sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stirring it into the crock pot. Cook on high for an additional 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
