Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: How to Cook Steak Ramen

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced steak to the pot and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
