- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions: How to Cook Steak Nachos
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the steak evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
