Instructions: How to Cook Steak Bowl

  1. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
