- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

- 1 avocado, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions: How to Cook Steak Bowl
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the bell peppers and red onion until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Divide the cooked quinoa among serving bowls and top with sliced steak, sautéed vegetables, avocado, and cilantro.
