- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions: How to Cook Steak Alfredo
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak strips with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce has thickened.
- Return the cooked steak strips to the skillet and toss to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the steak and sauce.
