  • 4 spinach and feta chicken sausages
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
