Smoked Chicken Recipes Pasta


Smoked chicken pasta is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the smokiness of the chicken with the creaminess of the pasta.   • 2 cups smoked chicken, shredded
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fusilli works well)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  4. Stir in the shredded smoked chicken and cook for a few minutes to heat through.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in the dried thyme and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
