Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs cube steak
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions: How to Cook Slow Cooker Cube Steak

  1. Season the cube steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place the sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Place the seasoned cube steak on top of the onions and garlic.
