  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat a sizzling hot plate on medium-high heat.
