Simple Fried Chicken Recipe Without Flour

Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor.
- Heat oil in a tawa or a flat griddle over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken pieces to the tawa and cook on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the tawa, and let the chicken cook for another 15-20 minutes or until
