Instructions: How to Cook Sephardic Chicken Passover
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the chopped onion, minced garlic, cinnamon, cumin, ginger, turmeric, cloves, nutmeg, honey, dried apricots, golden raisins, slivered almonds, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices and honey.
