  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: How to Cook Scalloped Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to create a roux.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk and chicken broth until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  5. Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
