Sam’S Club Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions, carrots, and potatoes to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the flour over the cooked vegetables and stir well to coat.
- Gradually pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

- Remove the skillet from heat.
- Place one of the refrigerated pie crusts into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the pie dish.
- Top the pie with the second refrigerated pie crust. Seal the edges and cut slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for
