Rotisserie Chicken Red Lobster Biscuit Recipe

  • 2 cups of rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold, cubed butter to the bowl and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, milk, parsley, and minced garlic until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased baking sheet, forming 8 biscuits.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Remove the biscuits from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter.
