Rotisserie Chicken Red Lobster Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the bowl and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
