  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions: How to Cook Rotel Chicken Quesadilla

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
