  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they become translucent.
  2. Add the chicken gizzards and hearts to the pot, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown.
