- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions:
- Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the Instant Pot and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Switch the Instant Pot to sauté mode and stir in the cornstarch slurry.
- Cook the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the Instant Pot.
