Recipe For Chicken Frankie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups boneless chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced
- 4-6 rotis (Indian bread)
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is tender and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add sliced onions and capsicum. Sauté until they become soft and slightly caramelized.
