Rana Chicken Mozzarella Tortelloni Recipes

  • 1 package of Rana Chicken Mozzarella Tortelloni
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Rana Chicken Mozzarella Tortelloni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
