  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: How to Cook Publican Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
