- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 green chili, slit
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a deep pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink and slightly browned.
- Next, add the tomato puree and green chili to the pan. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are cooked and the oil separates from the gravy.
