- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, cream, grated cheese, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
- Brush the grill or baking tray with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the skewers on the grill or baking tray and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
