Ponderosa Chicken Wings Recipe

Chicken Malai Tikka is a delicious and creamy chicken dish that is marinated in a rich blend of spices and yogurt. It is then grilled to perfection, resulting in tender and flavorful chicken pieces. This dish is perfect for parties or as a starter for a special meal.

  • 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Skewers for grilling


  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, cream, grated cheese, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
  5. Brush the grill or baking tray with oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill or baking tray and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill or oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the Chicken Malai Tikka hot with mint
