Pico De Gallo Chicken Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
