  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: How to Cook Pf Chang'S Chicken Lo Mein

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add garlic, bell pepper, snow peas, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the chicken to the wok. Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
