Instructions: How to Cook Pf Chang'S Chicken Lo Mein
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
