Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice, chilled
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions: How to Cook Pf Chang'S Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove the eggs from the wok and set aside.
  4. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the wok. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the peas and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the chilled rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
