- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions: How to Cook Pf Chang'S Chicken Fried Rice
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove the eggs from the wok and set aside.
