Instructions: How to Cook Pf Chang Sesame Chicken
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with 1/2 cup of cornstarch until well coated.
- Dip each cornstarch-coated chicken piece into the beaten eggs, shaking off any excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
