  • 4 Perdue chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
