  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peach puree, molasses, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
