  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
  • Juice of 1 lime
