Pakistani Chicken Seekh Kabab is a delicious and flavorful dish that is perfect for any occasion. These kababs are made with ground chicken mixed with aromatic spices and grilled to perfection. Ingredients:

  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for grilling

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, fresh coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture into equal portions and shape them into long, cylindrical kababs around metal skewers or wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes.
