Instructions: How to Cook Orange Chicken And Fried Rice

  1. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the orange sauce. Set aside.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Dip each piece in beaten eggs, then coat with cornstarch.
