Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
